|The new cadastral classification system has been implemented since February 2, 2015. The advantages of the new system are improved real estate transaction security and personal information privacy protection. After the system has been implemented, the various cadastral transcript information, classification contents, applicant qualifications, and supporting documents are categorized as follows:
I. Category 1: display all registration data of the registeree. Except for the registeree or others who may apply pursuant to the law, applicants must provide the supporting documents required by the law in addition to the identity documents in order to apply.
II. Category 2: conceal the registeree's data of birth, partial name, partial
uniform business number, debtor and debt ratio, the set obligor, and other information required by the law to be concealed. However, this category excludes restricted registration as well as non-natural person's name and uniform business number.Everyone must attach an identity document in order to apply for the issuance of transcript in this category. However, the registeree may apply for the concealed partial address from any land office in the county or city where the land is located or use the natural person certificate to apply via the Global Information Network of the Dept. of Land Administration, M.O.I.
III. Category 3: conceal the registree's uniform business number and date of birth related information.
In addition to the identification documents; registerees, those legally obligated to receive notification, or stakeholders whose rights and obligations have changed must provide the certification documents specified by Point 4 of the "Land Registration and Land Price Information Transcript Issuance Precautionary Items" and the custom "Category-3 Applicant Qualification Review Form" forumlated pursuant to letter No. KSDZJ 10631460700 issued by the Land Administration Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government.
